As part of our growing team we are looking for a big data/digital analyst that will play an integral role in delivering online advertising campaign insights to clients by working alongside the Media, Creative and Development teams to provide client tracking reports, post-campaign analysis and reconciliation, stewardship and general maintenance of interactive advertising campaigns. This position holds significant strategic value to our teams and our clients and requires not only a quantitative data analysis skill set but also strong communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be asked to deliver tracking analysis and contribute to a high level of innovation in data, analytics and social media. 1. Must Have skills / screening criteria
• Fluency in English: spoken and written (B2+ upwards till C2).
• Italian Laurea Magistrale or Master / Bachelor’s Degree fully recognized by the Italian Law as equivalent.
• Strong personal ambitions and competitiveness.

• Demonstrates ability to synthesize data and themes from analysis.
• Provides reporting and measurements for key channels such as websites, email, or social media.
• Possesses understanding of analytic planning and applies logical flow and hierarchy in collecting and tracking digital data; effectively and efficiently gathers and organizes data for analysis.
• Demonstrates proficient implementation of tagging, tracking, QA and maintenance for deliverables or parts of projects.
• Writes clear and concise summaries of own work, contributing to sections of client documents.
• Aggregates data for interactive advertising campaigns, presents findings in custom-designed reports and prepares preliminary performance evaluations and recommendations for media and strategy optimization.
• Analyzes performance metrics and evaluates using historical and industry-vertical benchmarks, creative optimization, pacing against delivery, rich media performance.
• Maintains reporting schedules for weekly and bi-weekly dashboards and post mortem decks as well as prompt and accurate responses to ad-hoc client requests.
• Guides clients in defining measurement strategy, vision and infrastructure requirements to support business and measurement objectives and improve client decision-making.
• Promotes analytics as a critical component of projects both internally and externally with clients.
• Uses and understands enterprise web analytic systems (Omniture, Google Analytics, WebTrends, Coremetrics, Radian6, Matlab) and corresponding advertising systems (DART/DoubleClick, Atlas, Mediaplex) including statistics/database software such as (SPSS, SAS, SQL, Matlab).
• Advanced use of Excel (pivot tables, charts and graphs, macros, formulas and functions – LOOKUPS – filtering), SQL and Access.
• Guides clients in defining measurement strategy, vision and infrastructure requirements to support business and measurement objectives and improve client decision-making.
• Promotes analytics as a critical component of projects both internally and externally with clients.
• Solid understanding of the fundamentals of web site design, social media, online advertising, and mobile applications.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
